$40. Fresh and grilled vegetables with Herb Dressing.

CROSTINI

$40. Toasted baguette rounds with hummus, tapenade, and tomato pomodoro.

POACHED SHRIMP

$60. Three (3) pounds of Old Bay poached shrimp (approximately 21-25) with cocktail sauce, pepperoncinis, and capers.

SKEWERS

$100. Marinated and grilled chicken, beef, lamb, and veggies.  Served cold with garlic and balsamic dressings.

SOLOMO

$100.  Marinated and roasted pork loin with roasted red peppers and garlic.  Served sliced and cold with bread.

PICKLES AND CHEESE

$50.  Chevre, Manchego, Provolone, and various olives and pickled things, served with bread.

SMOKED SALMON

$80.  House smoked Tiger Salmon, lox, cucumber, grilled asparagus, lemon, dill, horseradish cream, capers, served with bread.

ANTIPASTO

$75.  Salami, Pamplona Chorizo, Prosciutto, Chevre, Manchego, Provolone, and various pickled things served with bread.

LAMB STEW

$12 per person, big chunks of lamb, potato, onion and pepper in rich jus.  Served with bread. 24-hour notice, $100 minimum.

PULLED PORK

$13 per person.  8 hours of low and slow.  Served with house BBQ sauce and Hawaiian rolls.  72-hour notice, $100 minimum.

SMOKED BEEF

$16 per person, Applewood smoked, hand sliced beef in a garlic jus. Served with bread.  72-hour notice, $200 minimum.

FRIED CHICKEN

$15 per person.  Buttermilk brined.  Comes with coleslaw and mashed potatoes.  72-hour notice, $200 minimum.

Russet spuds, cream, butter, salt and pepper.

BASQUE RED BEANS

traditional with paprika and garlic, served with bread.
